Sixty Skies

Privacy policy

Version 1 · in force from 30 October 2026

In short

  • Your birth date, time and place and your journal stay on your phone. Your chart is computed there.
  • The free reading is made on your phone. Nothing about you is sent anywhere for it.
  • For the AI reading, which needs a subscription and your separate consent, the app sends the symbols of your chart, never your birth date, time or place, to our server. The server sends a summary of the day built from those symbols to Anthropic, which writes the reading.
  • We use no advertising and no tracking, and we do not measure how you use the app or this website. We receive subscription statistics from our subscription provider. We also keep the limited technical records described below to manage AI usage limits and service security.

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Animus Motvs Kft. (ANIMUS MOTVS Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság), 1031 Budapest, Almási Balogh Loránd utca 1/A, 1st floor, door 3, Hungary; company registration number 01-09-451172. Write to us at support@sixtyskies.com or info@animusmotvs.cc.

What stays on your phone

We have no copy of any of this. “Delete all my data”, under Profile, removes your data from the phone and asks our server to delete the AI readings linked to your subscriber ID. Limited subscription, usage and security records may remain for the purposes and periods explained below. It does not cancel your subscription; you manage that in Apple’s settings.

The AI reading

Subscribers can have the full daily reading written with AI. The app asks for your consent before the first AI reading. You can withdraw it in the app at any time: from then on nothing is sent for AI readings, you see the reading composed on your phone, and the app asks our server to delete the readings kept for your subscriber ID. Withdrawing consent does not cancel your subscription; you manage that in Apple’s settings.

What the app sends to our server

What our server sends to Anthropic

Our server computes a summary of the day from your chart’s symbols, for example “today’s Goat rubs against your day animal, the Dog”, and sends it to Anthropic, the maker of the Claude models, which writes the reading. Anthropic receives no subscriber ID, name or birth date. It processes the summary on our behalf under its commercial terms, does not use it to train its models, and deletes it within 30 days. Longer periods apply only in the cases Anthropic sets out in its privacy center: content flagged for breaking its usage policy can be kept for up to two years and the related safety scores for up to seven years, and data is kept where the law requires it.

What our server keeps

Our server’s logs record the event, the date and the last six characters of the subscriber ID, never your chart. Our host’s request logs also record the IP address a request comes from and technical details such as its time, its response status and the app and system version sent with it. Both kinds of log are kept for at most seven days. The server runs at Supabase in the EU, in Frankfurt (Germany), where your readings and usage records are stored and processed. “Delete all my data” and withdrawing your consent both ask our server to delete your AI readings. The server deletes them when the request reaches it; if your phone is offline, the app keeps the request, shows that it is waiting, and sends it when you are back online. Usage records hold no text. Deleting the current month’s records early would reset a subscription’s monthly limit. We keep the previous month’s records to answer questions about that month’s usage. You can object to this processing on grounds relating to your situation. We will assess your request and stop processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests and rights, or need the records for legal claims.

Legal bases

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles payment, and we never see your card or bank details; Apple’s own privacy policy applies to the purchase. To know whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives your subscriber ID, the App Store purchase records and basic device information (such as platform, app version and country). Legal basis: the subscription contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

App updates

Small updates to the app are delivered through Expo. When the app checks for an update, Expo receives technical data such as the IP address, the app version and the platform. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the app working and secure (Article 6(1)(f)).

Support messages

When you write to us, we use your email address and message to answer you. Mail to support@sixtyskies.com is forwarded by Cloudflare to our mailbox at Namecheap.

This website

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics; its fonts and images are served from the site itself. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the IP address and technical request data of each visit to deliver and protect the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).

Each processes data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses in that agreement, or by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards. Apple processes App Store purchases as a separate controller.

Age

Sixty Skies is for people aged 16 and over, and the app asks you to confirm your age. We do not knowingly process data of anyone younger; if we learn of it, we delete it.

No decisions about you

Whether a day is a support, challenge or neutral day is computed on your phone from your chart. Neither this nor the readings lead to any decision with legal or similarly significant effects for you.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before. Because we hold no name or email for app users, include the subscriber ID shown in the app under Profile, Your data, so we can find your records. We answer within one month.

You can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu, or to the authority of the EU country where you live, and you can go to court.

Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version here with its date, and tell you in the app when the change matters to you.
