Write to us
We read every message and answer in English or Hungarian. If your question is about a reading, tell us the date it was for. If it is about data we hold, include the subscriber ID shown in the app under Profile, Your data.
Common questions
I don’t know my birth time. Can I still use the app?
Yes. Leave the time out and Sixty Skies works with the year, month and day. Only the hour sky and animal are left out.
How do I change my birth details?
Open Profile and choose Change birth details. Your chart and every reading follow the new details at once.
Why is a day marked support or challenge?
Each day’s sky and animal meet the skies and animals of your birth chart. When they fit together the day leans toward support; when they strain against each other it leans toward challenge. The reason is always shown with the day, and a challenge day is a climate to work with, not a warning.
Does Sixty Skies predict what will happen?
No. It describes the climate of a day and asks questions. It makes no predictions and gives no advice on health, money or relationships.
Who writes the readings?
The free reading is composed from the app’s knowledge cards. With a subscription, the full reading is written with AI from the symbols of your chart, checked against the facts the app computed, and labelled as written by AI. If a written reading does not pass the checks, you see the composed one.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Sixty Skies. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. A free trial that you cancel in time is not charged.
I changed phones. How do I get my subscription back?
Sign in with the same Apple Account and choose Restore purchases in the app. Your journal and birth details live on your old phone; export the journal there first if you want to keep it.
What does the subscription include?
“Go deeper” every day and, with your consent, the full reading of each day written with AI. When you are offline, when a written reading does not pass the app’s checks, where AI readings are not offered, or when the daily or monthly limit is reached, you see the reading composed on your phone, with “Go deeper”. The details are in the terms of use.
How do I delete my data?
In Profile, “Delete all my data” removes your birth details and every journal entry from the phone and asks our server to delete the AI readings linked to your subscriber ID. Limited subscription, usage and security records may remain for the periods given in the privacy policy. It does not cancel your subscription; you manage that in Apple’s settings. See the privacy policy for the details.
Can I turn off the AI reading?
Yes. You can withdraw your consent in the app at any time. From then on nothing is sent for AI readings, you see the reading composed on your phone, and the app asks our server to delete the AI readings kept for you. This does not cancel your subscription.
I’m going through a hard time.
Sixty Skies is for reflection, not for support in a crisis. Please talk to someone you trust or to a qualified professional; if you are in danger, call your local emergency number.
